Beach Retreat #204 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with with beautiful quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV’s occupy the living room and both bedrooms bedroom, along with a TV in each bunk. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 9)

The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. There is bunks located in the hall. The bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. Both bunks have their own mounted TVs. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you’ll have is leaving!!
